Checks for `super` Property Access on Instance Fields

TL;DR

super の使い方が厳密にチェックされるようになった。

use-case

class Foo {
    fooMethod() {}
}

class Bar extends Foo {
    constructor() {
        super();
        super.fooMethod(); // ERROR
        this.fooMethod(); // OK
    }

        super.barMethod(); // ERROR
